Courtyards of Lisle

We are currently putting plans in place for a complete overhaul of our laundry services on the property. Currently, the association owns and manages all of the machines plus the money collection. Our plan is to find a provider who will purchase the machines from us, and then enter into a contract where they will maintain the machines and install digital payment collection on each machine. This will upgrade the laundry situation on the property and provide easier payment solutions all around. 

As of Fall 2024, this project is complete.

We’re excited to share that the new parking permit system is now fully in place. All homeowners who completed their census form have received their parking permits, and enforcement is active across the property. This new system has helped greatly improve organization and accountability in our parking areas. Thank you to everyone for your cooperation in making this transition successful.

As of Spring 2025, this project is complete.

In order to speed up the pace of information and save money on rising postal costs, we are opening the way for homeowners to opt-in to electronic communications, straight to your e-mail.

As of Spring 2023, this project is complete.

In the best interest of the community, we have opened talks with the village of Lisle to annex back into the village. Lisle has expressed a willingness to work with us once again despite the previous board's tarnished relationship with them. Homeowners will have the ability to voice their opinion on the matter, as this will require a 75% homeowner vote when the time comes.

This project is still in progress. 

Due to years of neglect, the plumbing infrastructure on the property is in need of updating and maintenance. We are looking into community-wide drain flushes, as well as alternative clean-out solutions to prevent future backups and damage. As part of the overall face lift of property, we have signed a new landscaping contract for the summer of 2023. This vendor is going to help address drainage issues around the property as well as updating the overall aesthetic of the property. Additionally, part of our committee efforts this summer will include landscaping projects and property clean up.

As of Fall 2025, significant upgrades have been made around the property. This is a continued effort. 

Due to the former board's negligence and refusal to comply with local fire safety standards, the property was found to have many fire safety hazards. We have started the process of addressing these issues as quickly as possible to come back into compliance. We have also restored relationships with the fire safety officials that were once shunned from the property. 

We are currently receiving bids to have the hallways in the unfinished buildings, completed. This will mean fresh paint and a clean look!

As of Fall 2025, the clubhouse and multiple floors of 4-story buildings have been painted. We will continue in the winter of 2025-26 to complete the painting. 

The clubhouse has been completely remodeled as of Fall 2025. New paint, lights, bathroom updates, organization, security, and more.
